Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not ask you to create an account, does not take payments, and stores nothing about you on our side. Everything you send us travels through WhatsApp, and we use one measurement tool to count visits. That is the whole picture; the rest of this page explains it properly.

Who we are

Nayya Abaya, a modest-fashion house based in Doha, Qatar, run by The Nayeh for Ladies Tailoring under home licence no. 329458. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +974 5111 7194 or on Instagram at @nayya.abaya.

When you send us an enquiry

The enquiry form and the order buttons do not send anything to this website. They open WhatsApp with your message already written, and you choose whether to send it. From that point the conversation lives in WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We keep what you tell us in that conversation, such as your name, your measurements, and your delivery address, only to answer you and to complete your order. You can ask us to delete the conversation at any time and we will.

Measuring visits

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pieces they look at, so we know what to make more of. It sets cookies in your browser and records your device type, your approximate location by country or city, and the pages you open. Your IP address is shortened before it is stored. None of this tells us who you are, and we never combine it with a WhatsApp conversation.

If you would rather not be counted, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use your browser's private mode. The website works exactly the same either way.

Hosting

Our hosting provider keeps standard server records, such as the address a request came from and the time it arrived, to keep the site online and protect it from attacks. We do not use those records for marketing.

Links to other places

Our Instagram and WhatsApp links take you to services we do not control. Once you are there, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under sixteen.

Your choices

• Ask us on WhatsApp for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete the conversation entirely.
• Block cookies in your browser to stop being counted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Anything significant will be said plainly at the top of this page.
