Delivery

We deliver within Qatar only at present. Our driver brings your order within two working days of it being confirmed.

Delivery costs QAR 40 to 70, depending on your area. We confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay.

If you are outside Qatar, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you as soon as delivery opens to your country.

Pieces made to measure

A piece made to your measurements is ready within one week of your order being confirmed, and is then delivered as above.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size guide on each piece's page, or ask us on WhatsApp, before you order.

Faulty or incorrect pieces

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, or is not the piece you ordered, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive it, with a photograph of it. We will repair or replace it, or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
